Ralph Stalter Consulting
Alvin Toffler said that, "The illiterate of the future
are not those that cannot read or write. They are those that can not learn,
unlearn, relearn."
At Ralph Stalter Consulting, we can help to shorten
your learning, unlearning, relearning curve while developing and improving
skills for the purpose of optimizing performance. All of our workplace
learning professionals have extensive experience guiding clients through the
maze of systems, structures, processes and support employed to enable
learning & development at both individual and organizational levels.
As a result of the recent economic downturn, your company may be concerned about making
training delivering more effective and efficient – or may be considering
changing your cultural, process or technology-support elements to help
employees in their formal and informal learning activities. We can help!
Perhaps you are an older worker who is uncomfortable with technology,
considers themselves to be “computer-illiterate” or “from the old school.”
In today’s job market, basic computer skills are absolutely essential for
career resiliency and adaptability. Expand your horizons, reposition
yourself in the workplace, set your sights on a new career path, or just
unleash your curiosity. We can help!
Our mission at Ralph Stalter
Consulting is to develop and implement organizationally appropriate systems
change across business enterprises and communities, and to cultivate the
spirit of life-long learning, personal coaching (as it plays a role in human
resource development) and community service among our clients and within our
partnership. We focus our business on small to medium sized companies,
nonprofit organizations, and people over 50 who are in transition within the
workforce.
It is immensely rewarding to work with
people that are willing to learn and improve themselves. The feelings of accomplishment for both the learners and the
instructor are not soon forgotten!
That is why we love doing what we do!
We value life-long learning and want to share our passion with you – and to
help you learn something invaluable about yourself in the process.
